Your handle is how you appear in comments. 3-20 characters, letters, numbers, or underscores. You can't change it later without an admin unlocking it, so think before you pick.

Verify your identity
Tier 1 lets you join the discussion and flag misreads. Filing formal motions in the Motion Desk and arguing in the Chamber requires a verified real-name account. Verification uses Stripe Identity -- you'll be asked for a government ID and a live selfie; takes about two minutes.
Wallet
A song reads for $1 the first time anyone charges it. If it's already in the Library, it costs nothing. Songs come in sets of five for $5 and never expire. The full Library is a one-time $50 unlock.
